Reunion Details & Payment
For Saturday night - our target attendance is around 160 in order to meet the minimum cost for our contract. The $60 fee per person covers the cost of the location, dinner and DJ. Non alcoholic beverages are included with a cash bar for other purchases. I will post the dinner menu as soon as it is confirmed.
In terms of payment for this event and the picnic - one check can be sent to John Vaughn (payment details are above in the event section).
Please spread the word and let people know about this website and the reunion information - the more the merrier! Additionally, we have been running ad's in the examiner for about the last two weeks so hopefully the word is out!
