Bears For Tomorrow Invite

Friends and Family,

I am writing to inform you of an exciting program that is going on in the Chrisman community, and to invite you to participate on the second Wednesday of every month, from 5pm till 10pm, is the "Bears Tomorrow, Inc." fundraiser at Minsky's on M-291 Highway. Please don't forget to say it's for the Bears Tomorrow organization when you order. Tell your friends and family---it's always the 2nd Wednesday of each month and can be take-out or dine-in.

Here is a great opportunity for you to support up and coming Bears basketball players by going to Minskys and supporting Bob Buckley and his Bears for Tomorrow group. Bob is a Chrisman alum, leader in our community and the founder of Bears for Tomorrow, Inc. which is a program geared for preparing young basketball players, boys and girls, for their future at William Chrisman. This is a great organization and would be worth your consideration to support and help insure the current and future success of these young boys and girls in our community. On the second Wednesday of every month, please go have some pizza at Minskys!!!

Bears Tomorrow, Inc. is a nonprofit organization established to help develop future athletes at Chrisman. They wanted to invite everyone to Minsky’s Pizza (on 291 Highway at Gudgell) the second Wednesday night of every month to support their organization. 15% of all sales above $200 will be donated to the organization. This includes carryout and dining in at the restaurant. Just mention that you are there for Bears Tomorrow and they will give them credit for your sale. Please support Bears Tomorrow by having some delicious pizza. This will be continuing on the second Wednesday of every month. Spread the word to anyone you know who likes pizza. I will be sending you a message later to provide you with more opportunities to help this wonderful organization.

Bob Buckley has started a nonprofit organization called Bears Tomorrow, Inc. The goal of the organization is to develop future athletes at William Chrisman. There are currently 8 teams playing at various levels in both boys and girls basketball. The youngest team is 4th grade boys and the oldest teams are 8th-9th grade boys and girls teams. Over 65 kids are playing basketball this spring of 2009 in various leagues and tournaments. Coach Lindsay Thompson and I are both very excited about the development of future players for our programs. Three of my former players, Jason Clark, Justin Clark and Mason McDaniels are currently coaching our oldest boys’ team.

Since this is a non-profit organization, survival of the organization will depend on contributions from the Chrisman community. The organization does have charitable status with the Internal Revenue Service so that all contributions are tax deductible. I have attached a membership application if you desire to join Bears Tomorrow. Click here to see the application Contributions would also be accepted and can be forwarded to Bob Buckley at 19049 E. Valley View Parkway, Suite C, Independence, MO 64055. Make checks payable to Bears Tomorrow, Inc. so that they are tax deductible.

I am very excited about the future of our programs because of the work of Bears Tomorrow. Minisky's phone number is 816-478-8666. This is my personal favorite place to get pizza......if you want to try something different order some cream cheese on yours. My favorite is cream cheese, pepperoni, black olive and mushroom.
