- Non-Exclusive Patent Rights To Produce and Sell or Use Unlimited Spring Compactor Machines in the United States: $125,000.00
- Non-Exclusive Patent Rights To Produce and Sell or Use One Spring Compactor Machine in the United States: $15,000.00
- Non-Exclusive Patent Rights To Produce and Sell or Use Up To Three Compactor Machine Prototypes in the United States: $ 27,500.00
- Exclusive Patent Rights To Produce and Sell or Use Unlimited Spring Compactor Machines in one designated country other than the United States: $175,000.00
Cooperating Investor Discounts
The above prices are set to document for anyone and everyone to know and use and anyone using this site is hereby notified of the above prices to include legal notice to the courts of these prices as of June 20, 2009.
I like to think of the patenting process as a crap shoot. It is risky business and in order to attract investors who want to more or less do a joint venture with us on the Spring Compactor Invention - we need to offset the risks with discounts. Those discounts follow and are available to all cooperating investors based upon the time at which agreements are executed and those who choose to not cooperate with us waive their claim to any discount(s).
Royalty fees per machine and Licensing fees per spring mattress processed are further defined in the agreements. Foreign patent offices may well have additional fees and requirements and the investor is responsible for those additional fees. Whenever there is a conflict between this price list and the agreement, the fully executed agreement governs. All things in love and war are of course negotiable.
